2010 Summer High Visibility Enforcement Campaign  
The Kennebunk Police Department is pleased to announce it has been awarded a $9,080.00 grantfrom the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety (MeBHS) to participate in a summer long campaign that integrates high visibility seatbelt, speeding and OUI enforcement. Kennebunk Introduces CodeRED Emergency Communications System  
The Town of Kennebunk has recently contracted with Emergency Communications Network to license its CodeRED high-speed notification system. CodeRED will provide Kennebunk officials with the ability to quickly deliver both emergency and non-emergency messages to the entire Kennebunk community or to specifically targeted areas. Click for more

Kennebunk PD Promotes “Click it or Ticket”  
Seat belts are the single most effective piece of safety equipment in a vehicle, yet NHTSA observational studies show that nearly one out of five Americans still fail to wear a seat belt when driving or riding in a motor vehicle.
